4. Description of Services
Seravonelaxi provides an online educational platform offering group and individual learning sessions, personalized learning paths, live interaction with instructors, and supplementary educational resources focused on topics including, but not limited to, SEO audit techniques and related digital skills.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, service, or content at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
5. Permitted Use
5.1 License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Seravonelaxi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

By submitting, posting, or sharing any content on the Platform (including comments, forum posts, or session feedback), you grant Seravonelaxi a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.
6.3 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us regarding the Platform may be used by Seravonelaxi without restriction or compensation to you.
6.4 Restrictions

7. Payments, Enrollments, and Refunds

7.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. Seravonelaxi does not store or directly handle your payment card details. You agree to comply with the terms of the relevant payment processor.
7.3 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility will be determined in accordance with the specific terms stated at the time of enrollment. Unless otherwise stated, all purchases are final. Seravonelaxi reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect enrollments that have already been completed and paid for.

Seravonelaxi does not guarantee any specific learning outcomes, career results, or professional success as a result of using the Platform. Individual results may vary based on effort, prior knowledge, and other external factors beyond our control.
10.3 Service Availability
We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, upgrades, or modifications at any time.
10.4 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Seravonelaxi and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.5 Aggregate Liability Cap
In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform exceed the total amount paid by you to Seravonelaxi in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seravonelaxi and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

(c) Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights;
(d) Any content you submit, post, or share on the Platform.
12. Suspension and Termination
Seravonelaxi reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

By creating an account or enrolling in courses, you consent to receiving electronic communications from Seravonelaxi, including service-related notices, updates, and promotional messages. 18. Waiver
No failure or delay by Seravonelaxi in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. A waiver of any provision of these Terms on one occasion shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision on any other occasion or as a waiver of any other provision.
